You may recognise our building both inside and out from a popular BBC TV series…Hope Street. Yes that’s right, we are also known as ‘The Commodore’.
It has been an exceptionally fun couple of years getting to dip our toes into the world of TV and this opportunity has brought us visitors far and near visiting the filming locations of Port Devine aka Donaghadee.

Step into the world of Port Devine by visiting the iconic filming locations of BBC’s popular drama Hope Street.
Starting off in Pier 36, better known as The Commodore with a miniature bottle of something tasty complimentary from Copeland Distillery, you will then embark on a local guided tour by Maureen Lawrence bringing the stories, characters and filming locations of Hope Street and more to life.
